Renaldo & The Loaf, known for work with The Residents and Ralph Records, have explored the fringes of pop since 1979. From …Play Struve & Sneff, Songs For Swinging Larvae and The Elbow Is Taboo to later releases like Gurdy Hurding, their catalogue blends weird electronica, inventive vocals, unusual instruments and experimental detours. Featured in the 2021 film 23rd Century Giants and an upcoming biography, they remain highly regarded in experimental pop circles.
