Uncomfortably Numb
Peaches Goes Bananas is a French-Belgian documentary that profiles the Canadian electroclash musician Peaches. Less of a straightforward documentary, in the artist’s own words “it’s more of a painting, a portrait.” For a film whose narrative is so outside the usual structure, who better to represent the soundtrack than our favourite avant-garde eyeballs The Residents, whose track ‘Numb Erone’ from the band’s 1974 debut album Meet The Residents has been featured.
