Wolfgang Flür made his name as percussionist with German electronica kings Kraftwerk. Since leaving the band, he’s been ploughing his own electro-pop furrow, which will soon include his spring 2025 album Times, to be released on Cherry Red. We represent his melodic synth-pop album Eloquence (2015), which included fan favourite ‘Cover Girl’, Wolfgang’s sequel to the Kraftwerk smash ‘The Model’. Cherry Red also boast plenty of other synth pop from the 1980s and beyond by such artists as Toyah, Howard Jones, Kim Wilde, Thomas Leer, Kevin Harrison, Eyeless In Gaza, The Passage and others. FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
