THE SOFTEST TOUCH
As one half of Soft Cell, and then as a prolific solo artist and collaborator, Marc Almond ranks as one of Britain’s most charismatic vocalists from the past forty years. Alongside his numerous original hits through the years, he’s also a master of cover versions such as ‘Jacky’ and ‘The Days Of Pearly Spencer’. We represent a host of Marc’s studio albums, including Open All Night, Stranger Things, Variete, Feasting With Panthers, Ten Plagues, The Dancing Marquis and Velvet Trail. We also now control a sizeable raft of rare recordings previously restricted to fan club releases and live concerts, including those made at the Apollo in Barcelona, Leicester Cathedral and the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Marc’s latest release is out today: a new 7” single featuring ‘The Coldest Night Of The Year’ b/w ‘My Christmas Prayer’. This festive offering is the third limited vinyl exclusive as part of his ongoing ‘Singles Club’.
