The Fall’s ‘Lost In Music’ cover on new All Saints advert

Manchester mavericks The Fall were often partial to cover versions – and their off-kilter rewrite of Sister Sledge‘s disco classic ‘Lost In Music’ has been used by leading fashion brand All Saints for an online video campaign.

Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
