Formed in 1968 in Brooklyn, New York, Sir Lord Baltimore were a hard rock band, led by songwriter Mike Appel, who recorded two acclaimed albums for Mercury Records - namely, Kingdom Come (1970) and Sir Lord Baltimore (1971).
