Rocking Red Rhinos
Red Rhino Records was a British independent label developed by the record shop and wholesaler of the same name, formed and run by ‘Tony K’ aka Tony Kostrzewa (pictured). Part of The Cartel, a co-operative record distribution network set up by various labels to handle their distribution to shops, Red Rhino was based in York and released seminal records by bands such as Skeletal Family, 1919, Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, Hula, Zoviet France and more.
