POP GO THE 80S!

Pallas are a Scottish prog-rock band who were at the vanguard of the neo-progressive rock wave in the early 1980s, alongside acts like Marillion, IQ, Pendragon and Solstice. We have extended our deal to represent the rights to their self-produced 1981 album Arrive Alive, alongside additional singles and other recordings. Cherry Red hold the rights to many key tracks from the 1980s progressive scene, including later recordings by Curved Air, Strawbs, Be-Bop Deluxe and Barclay James Harvest. Drop us a line if you’d like to know more.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
