Planet Dog
Mostly active between 1993 to 1998, Planet Dog is an independent label based in London, representing ambient, techno, breakbeat, psych and trance music.
The company was headed up by Michael Dog, who ran the Club Dog event and the touring Megadog parties, created as a promotional vehicle for the artists on his roster. Planet Dog released recordings by the aforementioned Eat Static and Time Shard, as well as the likes of Future Loop Foundation and Children Of The Bong.
Cherry Red are now exclusive representatives of the Planet Dog repertoire.
