Michael Des Barres biopic ‘Who Do You Want Me To Be’ to feature Silverhead catalogue tracks

British singer, actor and all-round rock VIP, Michael Des Barres first made his mark as singer with Glam-ish early 70s rock band Silverhead, whose three albums for Purple Records are reissued on CD in September.

Michael is also the subject of his own biopic, Who Do You Want Me To Be, directed by J. Elvis Weinstein, which is being screened at the prestigious Don’t Knock the Rock Film Festival in Hollywood on August 13.

The film includes several Silverhead recordings in its soundtrack, which are available for licence from Cherry Red.
