Metal Spider
Formed in Liverpool in the mid-1970s, Spider were a popular heavy rock band who recorded three albums across the early 80s, which sat midway musically between the boogie twelve-bar blues of Status Quo and the histrionic power of the new wave of British heavy metal bands.
Cherry Red represent all of the band’s recordings, including the singles ‘All The Time’, ‘(That’s Right) Talkin’ ‘Bout Rock N’ Roll’, ‘Why D’Ya Lie To Me’, ‘Rock ‘N’ Roll Forever Will Last’ and ‘Breakaway’.
