Heavy metal band Blitzkrieg were formed in Leicester in 1980 by their only constant member, vocalist Brian Ross.

Part of the Metal Nation label started by ex-Neat Records boss Jess Cox in 2004, their self-titled track was famously covered by Metallica for their B-side to their 1984 single ‘Creeping Death’.

We are proud to represent their studio albums Absolute Power (2002), Sins And Greed (2005), Back From Hell (2013) and A Time Of Changes (2015), as well as the live album Absolutely Live (2004). A 5-CD boxset The Complete Recordings 1980-1998 is out soon on our HNE label.

We now boast the rights to the entire Metal Nation catalogue, including albums by the likes of Witchfynde, Prowler, Blitzkrieg, Sleepy People, Hologram and many more.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
