Matt Deighton

Having served time with C86 indie band The Wolfhounds before more famously fronting early 90s Acid Jazz hipsters Mother Earth, singer and guitarist Matt Deighton went solo, as well as playing with the likes of Paul Weller, Beverley Martyn, Chris Difford and Steve Nieve.

We now represent five of Matt’s subsequent albums from 2000 to 2018 (You Are The Healer, The Common Good, Wake Up The Moths, Kids Steal Feelings, Doubtless Dauntless), which mix his uniquely soulful vocals with rich, pastoral arrangements.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
