Formed in Birmingham in 1978, Fashion – or Fàshiön Music, as they were originally billed – blended new wave energy with the glamour of Roxy and Bowie.

Cherry Red are proud to represent the rights to Fashion‘s debut album from 1979, Product Perfect, as well as accompanying singles ‘Steady Eddie Steady’, ‘Citinite’ and ‘Silver Blades’.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
