Kim Wilde’s ‘Cambodia’ in soundtrack of new Studio Canal French series ‘Vernon Subutex’
Vernon Subutex is the title of a best-selling French novel, which has now been adapted by Studio Canal for a nine-episode French TV series.
It follows the journey of a formerly sought-after bachelor who ran a popular music shop in Paris in his heyday but finds himself down and out on the Paris streets.
The soundtrack includes an early ’80s pop classic, ‘Cambodia’ by Kim Wilde, which is represented by Cherry Red.
