Jah Wobble and the 30 Hertz catalogue join Cherry Red!

Cherry Red are delighted to announce the arrival of Jah Wobble‘s 30 Hertz label and catalogue.

Since 1997, the charismatic, ex-PiL bassist has been carving a niche within dub/world music/jazz, amassing over 30 albums in less than two decades.

A 6-CD career-spanning box set Redux and a brand new single ‘Merry Go Round’ are the first releases on 30 Hertz within its new home.

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
