Orange Goblin are a pioneer stoner metal band who are still going strong today.

Formed in London in 1995, they evolved a sound which explored the stoner and doom genres, before adding elements of punk and space rock to their sound for later albums with Rise Above Records and Sanctuary. ç

We have exclusive rights to the sixth Orange Goblin album, 2007’s Healing Through Fire, which will be released in a deluxe package with bonus tracks and a live album through the Dissonance label.

There are also plans to release their 2020 live album Rough & Ready – Live & Loud as deluxe physical formats later this year.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
