Girls Go For Gold

Girls At Our Best were a post-punk favourite of the 1980s, represented recently by a 3-CD deluxe edition of their cult classic Pleasure!

We represent all of their recordings, including the fizzy mix of pop melody and punk energy of indie hit ‘Go For Gold’, recently used on the Apple TV production Physical.

Set in sunny 1980s San Diego, the series documents the life of a quietly suffering woman who supports her husband’s bid for state assembly while battling personal demons until she finds release through the world of aerobics.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
