GIRLS AT OUR CHES-S!

Girls At Our Best were a post-punk outfit from Leeds, who released one cult classic album in 1981, Pleasure! We represent all of their recordings, including the fizzy mix of pop melody and punk energy of the album’s opening track ‘Pleasure’. This indie gem has been used in new Netflix movie Queen Of Chess, which centres around the Hungarian chess prodigy Judit Polgár, breaking gender barriers to become the greatest female player ever.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
