Drunk Punk!

The popular dystopian sci-fi series Black Mirror recently returned for its seventh season via Netflix. Episode four’s soundtrack includes the 1981 US punk classic ‘Too Drunk To Fuck’ by Dead Kennedys (which we represent for world ex. North America). The notorious track has the honour of being the first single to reach the top 40 with the ‘F’ word in its title, promptly halting most radio play and a refusal from some shops to stock the record! We also have rights (for the same territories as above) to DK’s debut album Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
