DETROIT JUNIORS…

Their sound blends indie pop, electronica and folk, creating a festival-friendly vibe. Over the years, they’ve moved from indie darlings to a more mainstream sound, earning a dedicated following while maintaining their unique, playful identity. Cherry Red represent much of the group’s catalogue, including the album Invocations / Conversations (2019). Listen to the anthemic ‘Good Old Days’.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
