Dark Wind Music

Dark Winds is a U.S. psychological thriller created by Graham Roland based on the books by Tony Hillerman.

This six-part AMC TV series, which premiered in the summer, follows two Navajo police officers, Joe Leaphorn and Jim Chee, in the 1970s Southwest.

One of the many period tracks heard in the series is the uptempo mod rock track ‘Short Change’ by The Spencer Davis Group from 1968.

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
