Crazy Brown Sound

Forever associated with his 1968 chart-topper ‘Fire’, the once crazy Arthur Brown is an old friend of Cherry Red’s.

We represent most of his catalogue dating back more than a half century, from the mid-60s onwards.

In addition to his albums under the Kingdom Come name from the early 70s (popular with Prog fans), and many solo endeavours as well as recordings by the Crazy World Of Arthur Brown, we now represent the recording of a unique Kingdom Come Reunion Concert at London’s Astoria from 2005.

FOXY FRIENDS

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
