Cherry Red represent Lost Moment Records catalogue

Founded in 1984, Lost Moment Records was particularly active across that decade, issuing a string of singles and albums by acts such as psychobilly favourites The Krewmen and The Rattlers, synth/alternative band Jesus Couldn’t Drum and cult Indie acts such as The Cat And Mouse Band and several rare Synth Pop 45s. More recently, their Public Domain label has played host to several new albums by post-punk legends Alternative TV, among others. Cherry Red now represent the Lost Moment/Public Domain catalogue, which also includes early recordings by ex-members of the Small Faces as Quiet Melon.

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
