Cherry Red proud to represent seminal 45s by Zoom Records artists

Founded in summer 1977, Zoom Records was Scotland’s leading Punk and New Wave label, run by Bruce Findlay, who also managed Zoom’s most promising act Simple Minds.

The rest of the catalogue, some dozen or so singles, have languished ever since. But Cherry Red are now proud to represent seminal 45s by The Valves, Zones, P.V.C. 2 (pictured, Midge Ure‘s band Slik in disguise), The Questions, Nightshift, London Zoo and The Cheetahs.

After four decades, these recordings are finally available for licence.
