Cherry Red acquire rights to Jade & Marian Segal’s ‘Fly On Strangewings’

Back in 1970, folk-rock band Jade – fronted by singer Marian Segal – issued their sole album, Fly On Strangewings, for DJM Records.

It sold modestly at the time but has subsequently become considered an Acid Folk classic, attracting huge sums on vinyl and revered by connoisseurs of the era.

Cherry Red now represent the rights for this masterpiece, which has been reissued this month as an expanded 3-CD edition on the Cherry Tree label.
