The Adicts are a British punk rock band from Ipswich. One of the most popular such acts during the 1980s, they were often troubling the indie charts and headlining punk festivals.

Their music boasts catchy melodies and lyrics, often featuring extra instruments and sound clips.

Cherry Red are custodians of several studio albums, including Smart Alex (1985), Sound Of Music (1982), 27 (1992) and live albums Joker In The Pack (2004) and Live And Loud! (1987).

Noosha Fox and friends injected some sophisticated glamour into the UK charts of the mid-1970s. Fox‘s ‘Only You Can’ peaked at No. 3 while ‘S-S-S Single Bed‘ peaked one place lower. ‘If I Point At The Moon’, taken from their 1975 self-titled album, is a lilting, sublime pop ditty that sounds remarkably timeless. The song is featured in the US drama mini-series A Friend Of The Family, which aired recently on the Peacock network.
