A Good Musical Hand
Phillip Goodhand-Tait is an English singer-songwriter, record producer and keyboard player. Through a long and varied career, Phillip has written and recorded songs covered by Roger Daltrey, wrote the soundtrack for the film Universal Soldier, and even played harmonium for a couple of Chris De Burgh albums. He’s produced bands as diverse as a Magnum, Venom, Climax Blues Band and Kid Creole & The Coconuts.
Cherry Red are delighted to represent Phillip’s ‘70s catalogue originally released on Dick James’ DJM label – including the albums Rehearsal (1970), I Think I’ll Write A Song (1971), Songfall (1972) and Phillip Goodhand-Tait (1973). Cherry Red also look after Phillip’s 60s’ repertoire with the bands The Stormsville Shakers and Circus.
